I am having significant chills after eating and at night. I am also increasingly fatigued and sleepy during the day almost to the point of needing to put my head down on my desk to rest while at work ---which is extremely unusual and almost impossible for me to do at my job where I need to be counseling and speaking with people all day, I started taking Saxenda for weight loss about 5 weeks ago and have worked up to 1.2 mg daily dose. I also take Qysmia and I have been on that approximately 8 months with a lapse of about 2 months when I had a partial thyroidectomy for nodule suspicious for cancer. I have been hypothryoid for 20 plus years and take levothyroxine 275mg.
